Hey guys! Just thought I would share how I handload my 17HMR ammo (and other rimfires) for extreme consistency and ELR shooting. I also reload spent brass, but am not covering that in this video. Another video to come for reloading this winter. Just know, this is NOT cost effective at ALL. I do this because of the performance gains, not for saving money. It's a very time consuming and labor-intensive process, but well worth it!

I've purchased a like new second hand Trim Pro 2 with universal Shell holder.

However the trimmer have an issue, the pilot are not allineated with the mouth of the case, and when trim the mouth of the neck come out crooked.

I suppose that the shell holder are not paralel to the support.

As soon I post some photos...

Can someone tell me how I can operate for resolve the issue?

30" Krieger 8 twist. 105 hybrid, CCI450, 43.1gr H-4831SC/compressed slightly, 3150 fps.

Same load goes 3080 fps in a 27.5" barrel with 70 rounds through it, it'll probably speed up in another 50-100 rounds.

I notice all loads so far listed are light bullets at 105/107 grn. what about the 130-140 grn loads

say a 130 Berger out of a 8 twist.

Powder, primer, OAL, FPS ???

I’m looking at getting a Christensen Arms Mesa Long Range for range gun in 6.5 Creedmoor or 308 Winchester for up to 500 yards shooting. I’m was advised that the 6.5 Creedmoor barrel doesn’t have a barrel life.

Very lightly used Nightforce FDE NX8 1-8x24 FC-DMX with a few marks from the safe. Includes box, rubber lens covers, stickers, and manual. Dumb reason for selling, but I picked up a black one. Arisaka was bought used and came dinged up since the previous user got it stuck together with loctite the damage wasn't disclosed to me. The arisaka damage doesn't affect function, but it was supposed to be for a friend and I don't wanna give him one that's dinged up. Arisaka is free for whoever buys the NX8.

I recently purchased a 21" 1:12 match barrel from a dedicated .22LR small business operator.
I also bought the bolt buffer, add on weights for the buffer, bolt silencer and other stuff to make
the AR-22 build more accurate. I have fired close to 500 rds of a variety of ammo beginning with
the bulk ammo of Federal 36gn 1200ish fps along with Brownings offerings and Aguila, CCI and
Blazer of about the same velocity. Also, I shot some SK auto match, Federal auto match and some
Norma tac-22 and CCI standard velocity ammo. The best grouping I could get was about 2" @50yds.
This is not what I was expecting from a "MATCH" barrel. I am very disappointed to say the least in the
accuracy of this "MATCH" barrel. I emailed the owner of the business who has these barrels made for
him and got about every excuse possible for the lack of accuracy like;
What scope are you using?
CCI standard velocity is the bare minimum for any accuracy.
It takes about 500 rds to get a good season on the barrel before the accuracy would settle in.
What lots am I firing?
Look . . . I get that some ammo is more accurate than another, but 500rds . . . really?
I bought a Savage axis xp in 6.5 CM and was getting MOA with Winchester white box right after unboxing.
What I'm getting at is. Am I expecting too much from what is supposed to be a match grade barrel?
To me it sounds like someone not standing behind their product and blaming anything else except themselves.
Some insight here would be helpful so as to not let this negativity get out of control.
I've seen some of the pics you guys have posted of pages of targets with 1/2" groups.

Selling my KRG W3 Gen 6 folder with the enclosed foreend. It is for R700sa and clones. It has a custom internal steel bar in the foreend for some weight, grip finger rest, light angled bag rider, and over molded cheek piece. I had to relieve the bolt cutout for my Tl3, see pics. I decided I like my XLR better for shooting, so selling this. I love this chassis, and it is probably the coolest looking chassis on the market. The paint job is spray paint and not cerakote.
