I picked up a Skagit annealer on ebay for ~80.00; works fine, anyone know of a way to load more than one case at a time on the feed ramp?
I have used it loading one by one but wouldnt mind a project to make it a little more automated

Move your controls to the top or side and build a bigger hopper for shells to be stacked.

Also, I would keep that tray where/how it is, take your piece you need to make or have made and funnel it where it lets 1 cartridge go past and on into the flame. You could also put an adjustable door there so you can adjust it for your smallest cartridge to you fattest cartridge.
Something like this, the red is a backer so you can make it however tall you want, depending on how many cartridges you want to anneal at in a batch, the blue is your walls to hold them and the yellow is the door to regulate the cartridge flow.

Similar to this….if your fabrication skills are up to it make something like this but like I said you will have to regulate the cartridges some how so only one cartridges at a time get annealed.
Good luck
