I did not think a red wave would happen but god damn I am angry this morning. 60 to 70% of people surveyed over the past month claimed to be unhappy with the economy but I bet a large number of them still voted for the party that got us here. Parents angry about lock downs and mask mandates but D governors were still re-elected. Folks worried about crime but D governors were still re-elected.

I have seen those throughout the year too. But my thought is that a survey that says America is headed in the wrong direction could be anything - Dems hating the SC ruling on abortion, Repubs hating everything, and libertarians pulling their hair out. Most of those polls never seem to tell anyone what the "wrong direction" is defined as. I have come to view them as somewhat useless and little more than disinfo and click bait.
