Parents angry about lock downs and mask mandates but D governors were still re-elected. Folks worried about crime but D governors were still re-elected.

I have seen those throughout the year too. But my thought is that a survey that says America is headed in the wrong direction could be anything - Dems hating the SC ruling on abortion, Repubs hating everything, and libertarians pulling their hair out. Most of those polls never seem to tell anyone what the "wrong direction" is defined as. I have come to view them as somewhat useless and little more than disinfo and click bait.
