Finally got my Dead Air Mask HD taken apart a few minutes ago. The amount of anti-seize they put on the end caps looked like it was applied with a toothpick, as if tasting Dave’s Insanity hot sauce.

A couple of the baffles were stuck together so hard I wasn’t sure if I would get them apart without pliers.

I finally got everything disassembled with fingers/hands; spayed down with Frog Lube, wiped off and put back together...with more anti-seize on the end cap threads…after having the tower of baffles tip over and fall on the carpet a couple times. I think I’m ready to try it out for the first time.
