How much hairspray did he use?!
Don't worry they are still not considered cool, more on the pathetic trailer their bike to a ride side. Their sales seem to reflect the non cool nature of the HD.
That said I would love to find one just like the one pictured. I want one from the AMF years in as close to unmolested shape as I can find.
It wasn’t “that” hard of an install. Since everything was Toyota , everything fit good.
The residuals like changing the timing belt/BELTS…...
better Plugs and wires , polishing the throttle body etc. was a bigger PITA to me than putting the SC on. View attachment 8189434
This is a Brenda shot, she likes foxes, I don’t like them when they show up at 1:AM and threaten my automatic mouse catcher. (AKA Warpaint)

I don't ever remember hearing of anyone wanting an AMF scooter. What's the draw?I think that one is still around. Was in the Same area 3-4 years ago. But it had been molested after I sold it… AMF’s are out there!
I saw some stuff on the intardwebs about 125cc shifter carts running 140mph around oval tracks, Daytona maybe? Dude, sign me up! My adrenaline junkie self would be lit up!

10-4. I should've quoted the guy that was actually trying to find your old AMF scooter.Back then it was “old” and quirky. I was going to buy an XLX. But they were common and kind of boring. This bike was sitting alone in the corner at Ray Price and was $1000 less than a new XLX. Only had kick start. And was the “Competition Hot”’ model.
Lots of iconic bikes done by AMF. And as much as everyone hated them, they saved the company. AMF funded the Evo.
I still have a VERY unmolested FXWG flame glide. That was one of William G’s designs and really put HD back on the map. I saw one in 1980 when they came out… I was riding a Honda CL175 at the time and vowed I would have one someday.
So, yeah, AMF has their followers… and the bikes that are still around are even antique survivors! Think about it… most AMF’s are older now than most Knuckleheads were in 1989.

That ammunition looks fishy.
So you didn't have any of the awesome Skyline Chili while you were in Cincinnati? That's a shame.
It would bring your level of disgust for Ohio food to a new level.
I had a roommate from Cincinnati that raved about Skyline. He brought some back after a trip home and was so proud to let me try some. I tried to play up my response but I could tell he was disappointed that I thought he mixed up the dog food cansNow... talking shit about Skyline is too far...
Our "hole in the wall" places are the best though. We have way too many fatties here in Ohio for ALL of our food to be bad.
Yes. His name is Paul and he recently transferred to the my shift. I’m looking at him now and fantasizing about him having an “accident” at work
I see these fucking things all the time in downtown Denver

My journey began with a used '81 Sporty in '86, currently have an '09 FLHTCU in the shop, unridden since mid '15. I put 20k miles on it the first year. It currently sits with 22k miles on it. Body wear, tear and deterioration is a wonderful thing.
Went through some FXs & another Ultra in between.
Nice looking Sporty, BTW.

For my Cliff moment, they wanted him to do Magnum P.I. but he said he was too old.View attachment 8190064
Beam me up Dano
I don't know - looks reasonable to me.That ammunition looks fishy.
HOW could anyone "forget" about the pizza???
This is our yard cat, she adopted us about a year ago. This is a Brenda shot, she likes foxes, I don’t like them when they show up at 1:AM and threaten my automatic mouse catcher. (AKA Warpaint)

Yeah... it's a myth that foxes attack cats. They are neither big enough or tough enough. Coyotes... totally different story. They do bad things to cats and small dogs. But foxes and cats live together fine... if tenuously...T

Sometimes I'll set up the game camera in the back yard to see what comes through. One time it caught a red fox walking along, then all of a sudden he stops and his ears go up and he turns around and bolts. Here she comes, right on his ass chasing him out of "her" yard.
Live on a farm and have outside cats and foxes show up on a fairly regular basis mostly to water. They each go there own way. One predator you should add to the list is owls. We have Great Horned Owls that roost in our trees and they are the apex predator in my AOYeah... it's a myth that foxes attack cats. They are neither big enough or tough enough. Things that attack cats: Coyotes, feral dogs, Fishers, raccoons, eagles... lots of things. But foxes, not so much. A healthy New England cat will stomp all over a fox!

Yup... forgot the 'Puffy Eagles.' Big owls eat cats like I eat chicken wings!Live on a farm and have outside cats and foxes show up on a fairly regular basis mostly to water. She's gotten in fights with raccoons more than once. I've thought about getting her a rabies shot but since she's an alley cat I don't know about trying to stuff her in box and going to the vet.Yeah... it's a myth that foxes attack cats.
