When I fueled my truck Saturday, it was 10 bucks less to fill up.
Gas was $2.39 locally yesterday, today it was $2.89 at the same station.
Gas was 3.49 before the election. It dropped to 3.05 the next day.
Prices are skyrocketing since. Have you seen how much more expensive it is to buy shares of stocks lately? Crazy inflation there.
The oil futures markets are tanking. That's pretty elementary as Trump has telegraphed that the investment in exploration and new drilling is coming. That means gas will start coming down slowly, but pump gas is a long way down stream from a new well. I would say we won't actually know how effective his policies are for two years. Bringing down the price of energy will bring down the price of everything.

The anti-business/anti-growth policies they favor literally starves the socialism they favor, just like pretending that "diversity" is a virtue while at once promising everyone the same thing is completely illogical.
There was a time in the 1930s when "Progress" for Democrats did not mean "Progressive". It's the Wokemindvirus that is annihilating them as a political party. Unless they jettison the woke I think they are going to be in the wilderness for far longer than Trump. You can't have a political party with a base consisting of mostly hysterical, rich, white women and hope to win any elections outside their enclaves.
But, as I've been saying for a long time, their proper place is as a rump party that can never achieve power or enact their idiotic agenda, but rather as a check on the corruption and excesses of the American Party.
