    I think they might.

I ordered a Magnus back in July and I didn’t call them to pester them for when it might come in but once or twice because I don’t want to be “that guy“. But each time they’re like “no problem man we get these calls all the time.”

Then I got a shipping notice a week ago, but it didn’t really contain a lot of information so I called to make sure they had my SOT on file and they did and we’re very nice and helpful again

The can was intended for a bear hunt next week and obviously will not arrive in time so I got to reading about the Magnus and since it is going on a magnum caliber, I would probably be better off having the full-size rather than the “S” especially since I decided the ultra seven I have is a better suppressor for my hunting needs. So I called them again to see where it was in the system and if it was already on a form 3 or whatever and the guy went down and found that it was about to ship out, but he said “no problem. We can cancel that order. Not a problem at all.”

I honestly wonder if it’s not already on a form 3 and it’s gonna be a pain to cancel the order - we shall see

But regardless, they have to be some of the most pleasant guys to interact with whenever I call them on the phone and they will preferentially receive my business for everything I need in the future

    EuroOptic and Mile High.

Both great, probably top of the heap - and they have excellent representatives on this Forum you can reach out to when phone calls to their shops are unproductive.

However - they have identical lower - echelon issues you see in every industry, which nobody is immune to.

They NEED a “local pick up” option on their website. I don’t want to pay to have something shipped across town but when I see someone online, why can’t I buy it and come get it?

Otherwise, they are pretty great to have less than an hour away.

Thought you could always call for those kinds of things, since you’re that close…

…that’s how I buy stuff from my local FFL.

    Usually that goes:
“Hey, the website says you have 105s in stock, can you confirm so I can come buy some?”
    “Yeah, I don’t see any”
“Okay but the website says they’re available”
“oh yeah, well, it does look like we have some in the back”
“Ok. I’d like 3 boxes of 500. Can you make sure there are that many before I drive an hour?”

At which point it goes one of two ways. Either the guy says there’s lots and just come get them or that he will pull them and hold them at the counter.

If it’s option a, you drive an hour on faith and usually have to go back through the “I don’t see any”, “but the website says so”, “let me check” routine after you get there.

It just seems like it would be a ton less hassle to have a pay now, pick up in store option. For all of us.

    @Mile High Shooting

Kent would take care of these issues for you.

Ive had mixed CS but I think that it's more based on the indavidual and the day they're having. I think their practices have gotten a bit more standardized moving to the new building.

With that said the dudes are generally just like us. They get excited about sweet gear, are happy to show you all the bags and explain the differences, will check lot #'s. Etc. They get it.

Every once in a while you have some high brow elitist attitude. Maybe it's cause I show up while on road trips and bring my kids (?).

    Top notch, always.

And besides matches, they have been very supportive of projects some Hide guys have done to help young shooters who have been dealt a crap lot.

15 yr old quadriplegic (hit by drunk driver) they donated items to sell to help raise funds.

15 yr old gal who survived spine cancer, donated important items to getting her started.
She has several top lady, top junior, and very good finishes in her first year.
Including 6/10 on a mover stage never having shot one before, just being told her hold.

12 yr old from WY who lost his Right arm. Local friend set up a deal here to build him a L handed rifle. MHS donated a good amount of Hornady 6.5 creed match ammo to help him learn 1 arm tripod shooting and L handed.

    This isnt all. Just some

Its always a pleasure to visit with Randy and the guys in the shop.

    Hey,

You can pick up in store.

When you go to check out there is a pick up in store button. Just hit that. Or call one of us and we can do it maunally.

As a former employee, I can tell you that it's Diane and Randy's high priority to offer excellent customer service. And Kent is a great guy. He's very interested in getting problems solved.

    You are so dreamy lol...
