The connection/disconnection issue between Garmin tactix 7 Pro Ballistic and Kestrel Elite 5700 elite still persists and remains unresolved. Although I contacted Garmin support who opened a service ticket, the issue remains unresolved after 3 months. I sent them videos of the connection issues, then they asked me to download and send them the Garmin folder from the watch, but still in vain. The issue is still unresolved.

I will contact them again tomorrow and if I don't receive any concrete information again, I think the next step I have left is to file a complaint.
