my friend just found a old crusty looking box at a gun shop

that had 500 230gr "TMJ" RN

he got them for $35 they look almost identical to berrys RNDS without the shine and have a more dimpled look...

The box says TRU-FLIGHT BULLET COMAPANY with a goldish seal

i searched and could not find anything on this MFG except a fax number and a listing from mountain top PA..

has anyone ever heard of these was gonna toss them over 4.2/4.3 grains of titegroup

Re: Need Info on these .45 acp bullets i found

yea i just loaded 200 of them up over 4.2/4.3 titegroup...

gonna go shoot them at some cans ..ill never buy them again since i wont find them..

they seem like they are struck very lightly because my redding seater die just mars them up.. 1 or 2 rounds had a nice chunk taken out the nose and mostly all get a ring on them.. there are seated to my usual depth

Sounds like the same bullet type as Rainier or Berry's. Use cast bullet data and go for it. Rainier doesn't list Titegroup on their data.

i have loaded a few k berry dsrn and they have been great for what i use them for

and yea i use lead data when loading them

even if 4.2 grains is a safe load for reg fmj

never tried rainers but these tru flights are lower quality than berrys
