Ok so I'm probly leaving myself open for all kinds of shit, but a buddy of mine(seriously, not me!) went into GNC and was asking about supplements for lifting and they told him a bunch of guys were using Extenze. Has anyone heard of this or is he just f'ing with me? I was thinking increased blood flow maybe??? Does it work? I'm sure some of you guys would know! HAHAHA ok let the rash of hell begin...

No its commonly used for lifting , it s a vaso dialator allowing more blood to flow freely , its kind of expensive to use for this purpose , Arganine does the same thing as does Yohimbe. All help with nitrogen retention in the muscle
I know alot of guys that take 5mg Cialis and viagra a day just for the enhanced blood flow. Gives better pumps in the gym and better veins on stage

Well it is most likely a vasodialator like NO2, but I would check up on ingredients, or you may wanna try it and wear some loose shorts to the gym.
