Range Report Shooting my 20"..

Yesterday beautiful day, steel targets till 1000 Y, you have to walk not so much about 600 meters to reach the FFP, but in a very steeper climb.. due the enviroment the wind is very hard to control, but the target at 1000 Y was heat several time.. at the targets at 650 meters you have also a little slope 12 degrees.

Beautiful country you are in there. My wife and I went last year. We spent time in Varenna and Todi in Umbria. The whole Time in Umbria, I was thinking what an awesome place it would be to shoot.

Thanks....yes we shoot also in Umbria, Abruzzi and Toscana....beautiful places also for food and wine..

Badger NV mount, for PLRF a PVS14 mount, I'm waiting the ashbury mount for this, and the pda is connected with a ram mount..

Quando verró in Italia, mi farebbe piacere venire con te nello stesso luogo delle tue fotografia. E magari possiamo sparare qualche colpo insieme (o andare a caccia). Sono molto vicino, infatti mi trovo nel lazio.

very neat shooting location. I would love to shoot there.

Did you find yourself actually dialing anything for the elevation?
I have noticed, other than extreme elevation changes, my ability to range/shoot (even if I know the range) induce more error than the incline could effect the bullet.

my elevation was always dead on, the average POI versus POA was very good.. in this range the wind doesn't effect so much the dope.. may be .1/.2 MIL over 850 meters but is very hard to say.... wind or other factors..

yesterday was a funny wind gusting day...place as the same very challenging.. training session from 450 to 700 meters.. our equipments weights was 31 kg each( including rifle ) Mystery ranch and TYR tactical for my friend, TYR tactical for me...TYR tactical made awesome items... was very hot 33 C.

FFS was dead on always..
