New guy saying thanks

I've been lurking here for couple of months gathering information on my next rifle. Just want to say thanks and present my rifle. Want to give personal thanks to Scott from Liberty Optics for the recommendation and service. Also want to thank countless post with information like scope base bedding, triggers, stocks and other tips. Enough typing and let's get to the pictures.

Started out as a 700 5R
JP AMCS

NF 20 MOA Base/ had to be bedded

IOR 3.5-18x50mm

Timmy trigger
Harris Bipod and monopod

Had a busy week from taking too many summer classes. Now that I have a break, let me post some more pictures of the JP chassis and new zero group from last weekend.

Right now I'm testing if I can return to zero if I just follow the same torque on the action screws with the JP. I should be able to test this after my finals.

Here is some pics

Rear action area. JP recommends 30in/lb

Compared with my DPMS PRS stock
The JP PRS LOP is pretty short compared to the DPMS but it still fit me just fine. JP made the cheek piece longer than a normal PRS but just enough so I don't have to fold the stock to remove the bolt.

Zero from last weekend. Shot low right for the first 2 shot then it was pretty on target.

While I was shooting, I ran into a fellow Hide member Don-n-Texas at the range. He found out that I visit this site because I was talking about Scott and the IOR I was running. Small world. Also had a chance to checkout some of his systems. Overall it was a great weekend.

I met at John at ASC. He's great guy and has two great rifle systems.
Hopefully our schedules will allow us to shoot together soon.
