I own two POF rifles. At 5.56 and a 308. I have recently dealt with POF about both of the rifles. I would say the customer service has far exceeded my expectations.

My 308 is now a 6.5 Creedmoor and runs flawlessly. The 5.56 could not be better. They've gone to industry-standard gas port lengths. This should simplify any necessary barrel changes in the future or any custom barrel changes should you want to do that.

I had been less than happy with their customer service in the past. I don't know how could be any better now.

My friend had some serious issues with his 308 POF. At first they gave him a hard time about fixing it. UPS'd it to them came back with the same problem, FTE. He works in Phoenix and brought it into them and they treated him well after that and replaced the entire upper of the rifle which cured the problem.

After POF severed ties with Hogan their quality has gone way up.
