New bolt knob options

Hey guys,

I just finished up two new bolt knob designs for your consideration. The two knobs on the right are the Diamond and the Teardrop style. In order from left to right they are: VORTEX, PPR, DIAMOND, and the TEARDROP. I will get some coated pics up shortly. As always, thanks for checking them out.

I think this would be really sharp, but he would probably have to turn a one piece handle / knob to make it work.

I have not installed any knobs on a TRG to date. I need to do a little research to see if it is feasable for me to do.

Here you go Walt: 1.725" long - .8125 Diameter - Thread Size - 10-32 or 5/16x24 - 6061 Aluminum.

All of the knobs can be done in a 2 tone. The TEARDROP would look cool in 2 tone.

A small hunting knob may be in the works. Just need to determine if the demand is there. Anyone looking for a hunting knob?

Question. Can you reverse the two tone on the vortex knob? Meaning most of the body is stainless and the flutes are black. Also can you do the same with fluting the bolt?

Paul, If you are willing to tackle the job on a TRG I would be very interested. Here's an older post that shows how the TRG handle goes together. i would think something in the relm of the conversion handle would be required, or make one all one piece out of steel.

I can reverse the bolt but not the knob. The knob is aluminum and the flutes are very shallow. Here's a bolt to consider.

Yes, I could coat the knob first and then machine the Teardrop's.
