Thanks Tuck.
It has lead me to Charity Navigator.
Michael J Fox Foundation seems to be rated decent by a few "watchdog" groups.
It claims a 92/100 dollars making it down stream.
Any other insight?

Though many hate the man whose name is associated with this group, they seem to do great work and recive 4 out of 4 stars ranking.

Although I only glanced at it, I don't see anything Parkinson's focused or even remotely related there.
