They had to create a whole new HR process, and train management how to deal with...............................parents that call and want to know why their kid has not been promoted or given a raise. Most of the time when this happens the kids are right out of college and have only been in the work force for a few weeks or months.

Fucking really? Oh I wish someone would call me and ask why there little shit stain hasn't been promoted. That kid would be tasked with the worst of the shittiest jobs I could find.

Yes, really. My response is usually, "None of your business, your child is an adult and any conversations about their employment will involve them and not you."

Mom is told by advisor that she has unrealistic goals and cannot retire for at least another 15 years as
mom spends too much
mom does not save enough
mom will spend all savings withing 3 years if she retires


Mom then continues to Enable kids
Mom then has real problems when her mom needs assistance with Long Term Care
