I sure hope no one needs anything from them. I have called and emailed them for more than two weeks. No answer. I even called a one of there reps and had him give them my name and number along with emails. Nothing. If you know of someone to contact directly please lets us know.l

They were pretty responsive via email before SHOT, but since then I haven't heard a word after sending a few more inquiries. Doesn't instill a lot of confidence regarding customer support, but I know SHOT can be overwhelming so will not worry too much about it.

wjm308 you may be right but I am needing a scope soon and I really intrigued buy there scope and would like to find out more. If I don't hear from them soon I will have to move on to a different one.

Unfortunately we are notcurrently selling or supporting the LE market with regards to Vuduproduct. The 5-25 is being regularly sold in the commercial market andI’ve attached the 2018 catalog. That particular model won’t be out untillate summer.

Thanks for the interest in ourgear.

    WOW!!

as in contracts to supply mil/leo or just at discounted rates to general mil/leo?

im not mil/leo so idk how it works, but if they arent offering any kind of discount, pretty lame...but if they just arent goin after any contracts, doesnt matter to me...i have a 5-25 ultra short on order

ALL companies should support Military and Law enforcement in my book... I'm glad I've never owned, and now will not ever own an Eotech product. Thanks for that....

Dawdling customer service seems to be the norm now days. I generally call before I make an order and find out what I'm dealing with before I spend my money.
You are so right. I know that they don’t have to and I don’t expect them to give a discount. Not asking for one. But the LE and Mil guys are usually on a short budget. So anything a manufacturer can do to help them is a big plus. I am going a different route now with there answer. Giving my money to a company that what’s to help our guys that protect us.

Well I talk to eotech and found out that tha scopes are made in the same factory as some of the other high end Japanese scopes. If you look at it they have a very similar turret as the weaver. They expect to have they 2-25 out by sometime 4th quarter. Boy that scope sure does look short.

Yes it's so short that I'm pretty sure my current Sphur and RRS mounts won't work for it. I was looking at it for PRS competition in the production class but it was about $100 over the class maximum limits so I'm going to stick with Vortex Razor Gen I 5-20.

Be patient. I’m an EOtech ambassador and I’m still waiting on more info to pass to you guys. Brining a new scope to the market, meeting deadlines, and finalizing specs prior to release dates isn’t as easy as it sounds.
More to follow as it gets closer to the release date.

    In the mean time:
Follow the directions completely to see if you’ll get approved for a military discount:
    https://www.eotechgear.com/pro-sales

or for a not so great deal:
    https://www.govx.com/m/732/eotech

I spoke with them and the product manager stated they are not going to offer it to the LE/MIL as it was not intended for that market. He did say it should hold up to that type of use. And that was just for the Vudu line of scopes.

I think you’re confusing their intended users with a discount. Just because their intended market isn’t the Mil, as in actual contracts for units, doesn’t mean they won’t offer you a discount because you’re in the military. I’m stressing military because in their pro deal link, you can add your ID and add your military status and mil email.

Hey if you don’t want to apply for the discount then that’s on you.

That’s how I read the response. Worst thing that can happen is he puts his mil email, mil ID, and mil status in the form, and they denie him. I don’t think they will because why would they ask for his service status? Either why it’s his choice to apply.

    Few specs;
Illuminated reticle(push button controls on parallax knob)
    Rev indicator
    Zero stops
    Locking elevation(press down/pull up)
    Capped windage
    31.5 mils of adjustment

If the tracking is good this scope is going to be an awesome alternative for mid-level to lowerish budget builds.

I believe the parallax goes down to 45ft.

The rumor is the scopes are built in the same factory as Nightforce. If that is true they should be pretty good scopes. So long as they kept the same build quality and standards.
