On my Belly
Well, I for one have been wanting a 4-16x50 ATACR F1 for quite a while as I have been running the 42mm since it came out and absolutely love it (as do many others I have spoken with), so I am glad they finally saw the light there! Also seeing the light (lol), they illuminated the 3-10x42 SHV - I have also wanted this as I figure it will be a great predator scope.

We also have a new BEAST and a new 7-35, in the MIL-C and H59 respectively, in the catalog now along with some mounts intended for their 1-8 scopes!

Specs and details HERE

been wishing they'd send out a 50mm f1 in MIL-C for a while now. While the turret isn't bad I was kinda hoping it would be the locking turret of the 42mm. Not a big deal. Size and weight is similar to the 318i so I wonder if I'll make a move on one and get rid of the kahles. Time will tell.

Why on earth would they finally bump up the objective to 50mm and put a different knob?

I've been considering a 4-16 with the Mil-C for a while and now I'm torn....small obj, better turret or 50mm and non-locking?

Agree with this.. looks like they copied the SFP version with the taller turret.

So here's my luck... I've talked to NF Customer Service twice in the last year asking them to consider a SHV 3-10x42 where the side parallax is replaced with illumination. I even offered to pay whatever they would charge for a special order . I believed they would be excellent hunting scopes for 300 yards and less. I'd buy 4 immediately and put them on my lighter rifles.

Well, a few months ago i grabbed a few of the non-illuminated. Now i see this!!! Grrrr!

As soon as these hit the shelves, I'll grab a few (and sell a few of the non-illuminated).

Same thing happened to me with TBAC. I purchased a 30BA after asking them if they could confirm a rumor of the CB version coming out, which they wouldn't say. While my BA version was in jail, the CB version comes out!

I understand , it's business. I just have bad timing. Ha!

Love all my NF's and TBAC by the way.

If they came out with the F1 4-16x50 a while back I probably would have one, but too many other great options these days so the 4-16 range doesn't excite me much anymore. Still would love to see a Christmas Tree variation of the Mil-C...

Anyone received the 4-16x50 f1 yet? I was set to get a 4-16x42 and was ready to buy right when they announced this one. So changed my mind to the 50mm. Just curious if anyone has received one yet, how do you like it?

Thinking about ordering one but the turret change has me hesitating. With the low turret I feel like I could mount an RMR on the front ring of my spuhr mount without a crazy tall spacer. I like the push button lock too and this would only have the regular NXS/ATACR style turret.
