Changing the Channel. How 'bout that Elon Musk...

Seeing how he’s unfairly portrayed by the media I’d say he’s being targeting for reasons other than just a SEC violation.

He’s got his fingers in many emerging technologies that threaten established power structures.

I think he’s a good guy, maybe a little kooky, but most movers and shakers are.

guys another liberal douchebag who feels laws dont apply to him.

fuck him and his smug ass face.

Don't know what ya'll talking about. He's gone out of his way to be non partisan on many issues.

Not saying hes not guilty of an SEC violation, but to label him as a liberal and write him off is pretty disingenuous.

Mark Cuban was charged by the SEC a few years back...he won.

Mark Cuban was accused of insider trading. Not so easy to prove. Musk is accused of stock manipulation when he tweeted, which is very easy to prove - if he had actually secured funding to take the company private, there will be a clear paper trail indicating such.

Looks like Musk took a deal. Wish they would've stuck it to him after I read that he had been tweeting that he was going to stick it to short sellers, which shows malicious intent. Oh well. Musk has to step down as chairman and is ineligible for election for 3 years....he got off easy considering others have been banned from serving on the board of a public company for life.

There is something weird about this whole thing as Musk is not stupid enough to tweet something that would get him in this much trouble. Trust me, something is awry here.

Considering he doubled down on calling that one guy a pedo, I'd definitely put this within his range. When you're a billionaire, it's probably easy to feel like the rules don't apply to you.

He also decided to smoke pot on camera while he (presumably) has an active security clearance.

Elon Musk always has his hand out for government grants, loans and tax credits. The Tesla wouldn't sell very well, if at all, without state and federal tax credits. He plays far to many games with taxpayer money.
