Ma Laws are written for interpretation. No one knows them all but any one of them could make you a felon depend on how the wind is blowing.
That tidbit was not included in the original article. But if he chose to live there, he chose to abide by their laws. He gets what he knew was a possibility. The same as all of us will when they finally repeal the 2A and catch those of us who won't turn them in.
Unless he was an FFL 07/SOT, then it don't matter. If he was an FFL, he could have as many handguns and lowers as he wanted. No LTC required. At least that is what I remember
This is why I’m hesitant of ordering ammo online even though it’s cheaper than getting it locally. All you need is one concerned person to ruin you financially for a really long time when you were doing nothing wrong in the first place.
UPS seems to deliver all ammo that I have bought. I wonder if there are .gov cameras there sending pics of your package to the Utah data center?
UPS, FedEx, postal... either way, that’s still one person who can ruin you, no matter which company signs the checks.
I really didn't see anything he was doing was illegal... But this is the aim of these gun laws. To create a new class of criminal who commits crimes against the state for practicing 2A Rights. Divide and conquer, call him a criminal, show him in cuffs and orange jumpsuit, stack up all these heinous charges, use him as an example.

I am just getting really tired of constantly hearing about things like this. I would be fine with liberal states being liberal if they left all of the others alone, but they never will. I grew up in a liberal state and I know. THEY WILL NEVER STOP.

Socialist and leftist governments are inherently evil, that is the nature of leftist intolerance. When Democrats ran Germany and their far left cousins ran Russia they based everything on spying and terrorizing their own citizens. As they gain control in America it will go much they same way. Think they are not building a database? Really? Why do you think the communists hacked every government database they could find a few years ago and got everyone's security clearance information, tax information and military history if they had one. Most companies work hand in glove with the government and with their favorite leftist organization to build their enemies lists.
It only sounds crazy. How many times has someone pissed off the leftist hate mongers and suddenly found every picture, post and purchase in their electronic life on display within hours? They just destroyed the life of the Florida Sec of State over a 2005 Halloween picture. As we speak they are screaming for their minions to murder school kids for wearing MAGA hats and posting their lives on line. Remember that dating website, Ashley Madison? When they hacked it, they posted the names of anyone from the political right they found, even worse they didn't need a shred of proof to add peoples names to that hacked data and ruin their lives and marriages.
