Looking for a bipod choice to use on an MPA BA comp rifle.
Have a Harris, like its ease of use, but not very flexible.
I've used an Atlas, liked its flexibility, but seems to be time consuming if making changes quickly.
I hear that Ckye is badass, but expensive...
And GO!

I went from Harris to the Atlas CAL and dig it. Yeah, the adjustments take a touch longer than the Harris but the adjustability options, and build quality far out weight the additional 1-2 sec it takes to adjust it compared to the Harris. It’s the next step up from Harris price wise. Harris $100, Atlas CAL $270 or so, Cyke Pod upwards of $500.....

There’s a search button for a reason this has probably been covered 50 times on this forum actually if you would just scroll through the first three pages of eguipment you’d probably find one
Sorry. For some reason when I try to do searches here, it pops up then disappears a second later.

Fuck Google. Click the menu button at the top of your screen, choose "search forums", enter parameters, voila. The hide is too good for google

Edit to add: I run Harris sbrm on everything. Not sure if its cause I'm "cheap", or if they just plain work for my use.....

I ditched Harris for Atlas bipods recently. I just feel like the maneuverability and quality of the Atlas far our weigh the Harris’ I’ve used. Plus I feel like after speaking to accu-shot on the phone, if I ever had an issue, they would take care of it in a split second.

The search feature on SH sucks what is the big deal if someone ask the question again every damn topic on SH has probably been asked multiple times at this point why the fuck don't Frank just shut the site down and make it a searchable database WTF. How about if don't want to contribute to the conversation again move along.

To the OP I have used Harris I have three Atlas bipods and I may get flamed for this, but I really like the Magpul bipod it has the smoothest pan and tilt of any bipod I have used and you can lock out the pan feature if you want only thing I wish it did was the legs lock at 45 degrees like a Atlas.

I have atlas cal gen 2 and a ckye pod.

They both have their ups and downs. The ckye pod has a ton of movement which can be good but can also get you caught up trying to get to fancy with it.

Ckye pod also seems to have a bit more slack you need to load out of it. This is understandable as there are more moving parts.

I like and will keep both. Will use them for different applications as needed.

I have no problem using the search feature I guess it reguires something you don’t have.

3 atlas and soon i am hoping to own a ckypod or two if i like them . The atlas cause they work . everytime i need them to work they work the ckypod cause I need another bi pod and wanted something different the extra functions made me think twice then a few times more about giving it a try .

Third post on this thread and you still have nothing of value to offer the OP go be a troll somewhere else and let the grownups have a conversation about bipods.

Sorry your not smart enough to use the search engine you don’t have to get defensive. All you have to do is scroll a couple pages in the equipment section and you’ll find multiple post on bipods, but people like you like to feel important by giving there opinions over and over again clogging up the forum. You are the troll sir

Ha Ha you the pot or the kettle? Guy ask a question you feel like has been asked too many times so you start in on him about not using the search button and all you had to do was move along, but the troll in you just couldn't help it! GOOD JOB HYPOCRITE......LOL

Why is this an issue? This is how forums have worked for years. People post a topic and it gets buried, then someone posts something similar soon after. It’s not like this is a super organized system then all this post just destroyed the whole system.

Maybe people just like the interaction.

I like the Sierra 7 that I run on my 338 Lapua Imp. for a folding Bi-pod and the Sinclair Gen II fixed F-class Bi-pod if I'm shooting an event where a fixed bi-pod is allowed.

I wasn't trying to ruffle any feathers here. I like the forum and would also like some interaction with members. I understand it's annoying for long time members to see similar questions asked again and again. I'll try to do a better job searching first.

All I have ever used is a Harris with hawk hill feet..
I do have an Atlas itch I need to scratch tho, because they’re beefy, sleek and American ??I’m thinking maybe have both in my matchbag??‍♂️ For the record my Harris legs have never accidentally popped back closed on me.. knock on wood tho
