Good to see a liberal recycling, even if it’s just memes. They are so virtuous. I have this giant recycle bin that looks like the garbage cans provided for base housing. The recycling ends up in the land fill, because the folks who were set up to recycle couldn’t get anyone to take the recycled materials. That’s complicated, and can’t be figured out with a simple blurted answer. Having me sort the trash is simple and LOOKS like something’s getting done.

I just watched the documentary on controlled demolition that was on tv last night and included the Heligoland story, both spellings were used.
I watched that last night. That's where I got the idea to post it. I thought they might have had the Canberra hospital fiasco in there somewhere.
In my meagre defense, I'd been sipping for quite a while, while I was smoking up some pork loins and must have missed the different iteration of the name.
