I just received my Steiner MX5i ffrom EuroOptic and the box was sealed but the top turret was loose in the box. I believe the two screws that hold the cap on were backed out allowing our gentle UPS delivery company to allow the cap to come off and the outer indicator ring, the one with lower numbers. I tried call Steiner and have been on hold the first time for almost 2 hours before being disconnected. I am currently on hold and it has been a hour, and can not stand companies that have customer service like this. My question is I put the scope back together and when I dial past the first rotation the clicks get extremely difficult for the 2 mils or 20 clicks but go back to being fine after that. I was wondering if that seems normal or does this need to go back to EuroOptic
