Read up on it. I just did not ever having heard of it.

In some cases outnumbered 10 to 1 they held on and were the ones to claim the battlefield.

I knew Diggers were in VN but that sounds like a hell of a fight.

I just watched this. It is a story much like the Mel Gibson film of the same time period, We Were Soldiers. The special effects aren't Hollywood quality, but it is definitely worth a watch. At least their is no liberal agenda b.s. that a Hollywood film would have. There are some good documentaries on YouTube that fill in a lot of historical information about this event.

I watched on Amazon Prime, not free but a cheap rental. It was pretty good. Some FN FAL action.
