I am 6'2" and tall from the waist up (32" inseam) I put Kirkey vintage seats in my FFR Mk4. And am just right for seat height. The FFR seats are made for midgets, I think.

Seeing some of the pics posted by @OutlawTen5 made me remember the only time I've ever driven a Shelby Mustang. My best friend's Dad rented a Shelby GT350H for us for prom night 1965. The prom sucked, but we had a great time with the Shelby; they probably had to replace the tires before renting it again. Someone at Hertz must have been high when they thought up that promotion.
