Gentlemen, after searching for a good hour, I can't find any torque values for mounting an Aimpoint ML2 in the factory Aimpoint steel ring,(part#12224), including the value for the cap screws and the value for the base screw.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

This is more than close enough: https://www.badgerordnance.com/media/bo_media/Mounting_rings_and_bases_2017.pdf

It's actually how I tighten all my scope mounts. Never have had an issue and I know how to tell if I have an issue.

Part 12224 is a flip cap. Is this what you have?

It's 12244, easy mistake. Looks like a basic Weaver style ring. I'd use 15-18 in/lbs on the cap screws and 30 in/lbs on the crossbolt. I'd be weary of putting 65 in/lbs on that thumbscrew, it could probably take it but I wouldnt want to test it.

Oops! Typo on my end. That is the ring, alright.

Thanks for the input. Aimpoint just says tighten them.
