Even with trillions of dollars of "infrastructure" funding those guys wouldn't be able to find the tire tracks behind their pick-up trucks. 
Anyway, there's a distinct absence of colorful, vibrant folk in that crowd, and that's simply not how things are done these days.

If that's our infrastructure team, a year from now we'll have a couple holes drilled and a few pieces of scrap metal.
Wrong type of tools for all the horse shit that will be shoveled in the name of Infrastructure Policy.
And it'll still be more productive than anything biden could muster
I'm calling BS, they look like a bunch of straight white guys. There's no room for guys like that in this administration LOL.
The last idiot who came up with this bright idea found that the "Infrastucture Team" was hamstrung by a couple of dozen of his own other agencies. If he starts now, there will be maybe a couple of "shovel ready" projects in 8-12 years.
