6.5 creedmoor muzzle brake

I've been running VG6 on a couple of mine. No complaints.......and our gov can go fuck himself.

Great deal on a great brake. I bought one of these and it’s just as good as my Jet Blast brakes from them. The PVA brakes are awesome if you don’t want the feeling of being smacked in the face every time you pull the trigger.

I use a Axis precision works (APW) brake from Impact shooting in South Africa. I’m a fan of the block style brakes tho, haven’t tried the Area419 brake yet but might try it on the next build.

Here’s a recoil comparison of some of the top brakes at the moment (that focus on maximum recoil reduction) and a quick breakdown. Maybe one of the brakes you’re interested is in the comparison.

I run a Gen3 little bastard but my next will be a Heathen. Far less blast, not quite the recoil reduction but still more than enough for a creedmore.

Some brakes are better than others, but it's the rule of deminishing returns. We are talking fractions that often shooters can not feel.

Find one you like the look of, roll with it.

Its upside down. I found out the same thing with a 5.56 epsilon a while back. Their site doesnt show them mounted for mostmodels, but if you look at the AK series the pin to lock the muzzle device is located so that the ports are up. In retrospect, ports up seems obvious but aesthetically you'd think they should be port down.

It was a mock up photo I took. It's been turned over for final.
