I will be using a rem700 style action with a bartlein m24/40 countour barrel. I really like the feel and aesthetics of the RACS on the M40A6 and the M2010. Trying to keep the same proportions as far as barrel space in the forend tube, weight, and scope rail height. Which ever option I go with will have a skeleton stock.

Not too picky on weight my last build was about 17 lbs

Then i would go with the one you can get a better deal on because they are basicly the same minus weight.

I picked the Light Strike because it has a 1.350 inner tube diameter and will fit you M40 MTU barrel profile fine. The Dual Strike has a 1.800 inner tube profile and I think that will be too wide for the end of the MTU profile you want to use (.950 at 24 Inches in a 1.800 inch tube would leave a .425 gap between them VS .200 for the Light strike).

Awesome! This response helps with my decision. I know its not a big deal to some, but if I am paying this much for something I want it to be aesthetically pleasing as well as functional.

One other thing I should have added, I would email Cadex and see if they support the action you would like to use. The top pick rail for the scope is cut for the action you ordered it for. EX: Remingtion action scope rail for Remingtion, Tikka action scope rail for Tikka and so on.

You can also PM your question to the Cadex Defence person here on the Hide as well. That's what I did what I ordered my two Strike Nuke chassis.
