    After seeing numerous photos of the bottom of the receiver, it looks so close to a CZ, has anyone tried dropping one of the into a CZ stock to see if they’re anywhere close? Maybe even on a RAR stock as it uses the same style mag system? Any dimensions on the action screw distances on the 2020?

    Ok my 2 cents…you’re getting the new barrel, install with proper torque, etc along with the action screws, run 50-100 rounds. if still “spitting” afterwards only thing it can really be at that point other than operator error on the “spitted” shot is the ammo, and maybe head spacing / slop in...

    Ok OP so i’m Thinking you're talking about an all around plinking pistol that can basically be carried for self defense too, and snakes and such. I wouldn’t go with one for self defense as the primary mission, but if I did it would be a snub by revolver in 22lr or mag. S&W has a few nice ones...

    question for any cz 457 owners that removed the action from the stock.... to me it looks as if there is no rear action screw but a cut in the back bottom of the receiver that engages some sort of recoil lug in the stock. is this true or does it have a true 2 action screw setup?

    ... corresponds to the highest magnification, so unless on the highest "power" it's not truly subtending correctly. but it's vortex, so it's gotta be good.
