I just been back after a while away in the sandbox. I live in southern California and haven't had the best of luck finding a quality gunsmith locally,or even drivable that will do the work in a reasonable time frame( like with in 3 months) and will need a new builder for a Stiller TAC300...- widowmaker5

To Muzzle Brake or NOT to muzzle brake.
Get it threaded regardless of a muzzle brake now, that way the works already done and in the future you still have that option available to you. ~Reagan- widowmaker5

Help with FN SPR
These are nice rifles, I was looking at one a while ago, only turn off was the twist rates being standard 1/12 twist only. I'd get the DBM version just because there's no fuss waiting for the rifle to get worked on since you are looking at purchasing a new one. Or you can get the A3 and do a CDI...- widowmaker5

Well priced is a state of relativity, well priced to some may be expensive for others and so-forth. Barrel wise, depending on the smith', you will be able to have something done to your liking like you specified.
