Back in the day Accuracy did a range of target rifles for sling shooting, the picture is the bottom of the stock and the accessory rail, which tore itself out in a competition.
The old comment is competition improves the breed, it certainly puts more pressure on kit than any casual plinking at the range.
This is an example of the type, the gentleman holding it is Malcolm Cooper, double Olympic medal winner and eight times world champion, one of the original founders of Accuracy.Lets see that rifle!

Imagine showing up w a wooden stock and pleated pants today.
Is that barrel a 16? It looks greatAdded a second AI to the stable.
Really wanted an AW but when I saw a MKi up for grabs I had to make a move.
Arken scope so I can go play sooner than later.

Yes sir. 16” sold and serviced by mile high since new.Is that barrel a 16? It looks great![]()
It’s definitely a shorter package than even a 20” barrel. I think you will love it.Hell yeah. Im hoping to get my 16” proof twisted on to my mk3 today![]()
Im slightly regretting selling my IMUNS when i got my trade in from MH, but ill never be able to have NV where I live and i was looking to save a bit of weight. The IMUNS combined with our old legacy guns look so damn cool.

Probably a horrible question. But has anyone seen the varminter model on the used market anywhere?
Would like to grab one. But seems pretty damn rare. If they even really exist in any quantity.

On AI’s Instagram they have an AI AW Varminter story tab. There are only three AW Varmiter 6BRs in existence, but my understanding is they were produced in .243 also.Probably a horrible question. But has anyone seen the varminter model on the used market anywhere?

A good muzzle device would be a thunderbeast magnus or ultra 9Lookin good DevilDocTrying to figure out which muzzle device to go with. Sold my gen 2 razor and got the trusty ol 12x sniper chicken back on. Just torqued on a brand new 16.5 win tac proof today. They still have 16’s and 18’s in stock at MH. The setup feels so much lighter with the razor gone.
This is at Desert Sportsman's Rifle Club out by Red Rock to the west.Ah the memories of playing paintball in HS at end of N losee or pacos....prolly all houses there now.
Where's that range at?

They were supposedly offered in .223 as well.
But I can’t find much in any of them.
Figured they were almost non existent. I’ll probably just give up that thought.

Thanks. I have some parts he sent me already, the grip, Victor company forend and a barrel I bought off the PX. Tomorrow is basically ChristmasWelcome! Glad you’re here. You’re going to love that thing. Post pics immediately upon receipt.
Mine came with it from the factory so I feel like I kind of have to use it. Plus, I love a Harris. Though I think I’ll order a TBAC to give it a try since I don’t want to get made fun ofAll these fine AI rifles and I'm seeing a lot of Harris bipods![]()
Looking at pictures of the TBAC bipod, I have to wonder; Has anyone tried running it inverted? As in attached to a pic rail on the NV rail, above the barrel? Looks like there might be enough clearance to do that, and it would move the barrel senter line well below the apex of the bipod legs. Might obstruct a low mounted scope, but thought I would ask if anyone had tried it.Mine came with it from the factory so I feel like I kind of have to use it. Plus, I love a Harris.
