I actually have the G-tac grip since i needed something when i got the chassis to match the green, before the vison one came out...and i haven't heard the end of it from @samb300 since! I don't tend to mess with anything, like spray painting a several $k rifle in case i need to sell for something better, but i can't find anything better.

Once you ascend to the level where your AI has M-Lok, you don't bother yourself with mil or MOA. The bullets just find their way to the target.
