    Recently started seeing a woman who was divorced a few months ago. Her ex has a truck in her name and won't assume the loan per the decree, left the state ect. Court and loan company told her GFY. She's broke as a joke and can't afford the payment or an attorney, what are her options?

    I'm just there for the crazy poon but she's kind of a sweetheart so I figured I'd feed the topic to you fuckers for discussion.

    Call the financial company and stop paying. Her credit is probably going to be destroyed anyway. Divorce is like that when she married a man that cannot pay his own way. If she can’t wrap her head around that do NOT let her “stay over”.

    My ex used to tell me all these terrible stories about her ex , and I bet she tells the exact same stories about me now , well maybe not now ,it's been 27 yrs and she's probably had a few other poor bastards to transfer them onto by now , another words don't believe everything you hear about someone's ex , consider the source.

    All of the woman out there now that I have met, are either gold diggers, sluts/whores or looking for a daddy. I am not about to lose everything we've (her & I) have worked for, just for a piece of ass, I don't care how got it looks, acts, ect. Arm candy just digs a deeper hole, and will mind fuck you the rest of your life.
    And while on the subject, all you fucks buying her tits, just remember the stats, of what happens after they are made & fitted.

    To take the truck and not make payments? What reasons might those be. If he "had reasons" then he should have left her with the truck as an asset to balance the debt.

    The only hypothetical reason I can see that might justify this is if his truck was his free and clear. Then she had an e.ergency so he gave her the truck to monetize it with the condition she repay and return the truck. Seems unlikely.

    Find the counties with the warrants, provide truck info. and see if they want On-star off that engine. If the warrants are bad enough...
    Can she handle the payments if she had use of the truck back? (If she is even telling the truth...)

    The only option this gal has is to find the ex and the truck, and call in a repo on it. Loan companies don't give a shit what a divorce decree says, they weren't in that court case. She signed her name, the debt is hers, 100%. She can take the default and declare bankruptcy, or she can start sending off checks for a truck she doesn't have. She is fucked either way.

    This is why you force liquidation of all financed goods upon divorce. No if's, and's or but's.
