What people aren’t commenting on is that in the top picture, and on associated video, both of the snipers are on glass to the same point. They are not scanning at all. Thus, they had 100% identified the threat before shots were fired.

One team has caps and the other bush hats, but I haven’t seen anything other than the “pocketing” video that shows the hat team. Where were they?
