Louisville fox affiliate WDRB website says a local cop encountered the shooter moments before the shooting. Said he retreated from the roof when shooter pointed the rifle at him.

At a certain point, a politician has to be a man of the people. And to get elected cannot be a 'man in the bubble protected from the people.' Whatever the risks.
