Louisville fox affiliate WDRB website says a local cop encountered the shooter moments before the shooting. Said he retreated from the roof when shooter pointed the rifle at him.

At a certain point, a politician has to be a man of the people. And to get elected cannot be a 'man in the bubble protected from the people.' Whatever the risks.

I don't agree or disagree with that, but no high level tac skill? How did the shooter know the spot he chose would be free of law enforcement? Good guess? How did he pick that spot on a guess that it would block him from view of the CS teams? I don't think this is that random.

Follow the money. FBi will get large funding package to 'investigate'. Certain SS members will get promotions/bonuses/book deals. The shooters family will get a large insurance payout/lawsuit winnings/Powerball winnings, etc.
