Seems good ole Microsoft is having a difficultly or two. My Apple is cruising away as happy as a lark.
Not the Fault of MS this time. Crowdstrike, a corporate cyber security tool, installed an update that took the machines down.

I am no huge fan of Microsoft, but these days pretty much every issue in windows is crap 3rd party software or crap 3rd party drivers. A fubared kernel driver can also take out Apple and Linux machines, there is nothing magical about those operating systems in that regard.

How the hell it took down airports and critical infrastructure is beyond me. This is why you test ANY software update before rolling it out. Not doing that is like loading up 100 rounds close to max and just trusting the reloading manual and just shooting them.

I pretty much agree and disagree. Microsoft was not at fault. but Microsoft is the most often target of hacks and being something of the elephant in the room, the most likely target for outside developers software faults.

Sometimes being the mouse is the way to go. (Especailly in the great extinction where massive Dino’s starved while small mammal rodents burrowed underground, found food and survived.).

In seriousness, having lived with Windows and all the hacks and faults, (you have to spent much time with Windows 3.0 to have a frame of reference) I simply tired of it all and went to an iPad and then to a full MACBOOK. Never looked back. Never will. (Even though I purchased Brenda a Windows based notebook to make sure we were not completely shut out of the Windows world)

What did you use for spices, with the butter?
I sprinkle this on the meat, let it "sweat" in for 10-15 minutes, then sprinkle some more into the butter as it's heating up on the skillet. I like seasoning the oil/butter as I think it helps extract more flavors from the herbs and burns them into the meat.
