So this is a pre may86 weapon? also what caliber? and any other calibers come with ie 41ae 45 or 9?
It’s a Pre-May dealer sample machinegun. It has a unique niche for FFL dealers with an SOT in that if they buy it now and let their license lapse, they get to keep it even when they are no longer licensed. It’s a post GCA 68 imported factory MG but pre May 1986 which gives the niche status.

Post May 86 MGs (posties) are only available for SOTs with a law letter for demo purposes or manufacturers for testing / demo purposes abd must be sold or surrendered when the FFL drops their license or SOT.

Bottom line: if you need to ask about it’s status, you can’t own it.

Cheers!
