i will say that european men have some excuses. they have been relieved of effective weapons for a very long time. their culture is not really geared to having weapons as a benign,normal part of life. we don't have that excuse. although it has been pushed by the schools,media,gov and elites. that mind(less) set has crept into many segments of society,esp in the productive segments. not so much in the "hood".
