Gallows humor aside, it's incredible to see everything. The grounds are much, much bigger than I had ever imagined. We were only there for about 3.5 hours and that wasn't enough time at all to walk around and absorb all the exhibits. The main train tracks leading from the main entrance to the first 2 gas chambers/crematoriums was about 900m long. Overall an incredible sight to see. 100% recommend going.

Saw that place and several of the others when dad was posted to RAF Base Bruggen in West Germany, we lived on the base from 1961 to 1963.

Many intense memories from that period including the Berlin Wall being built and the Cold War alert status and the damage still widespread from WW2.
