Mainly concerned with getting squib as a result. But I wonder if the difference would show up if I weighed them?
No, that was just the small pistol primers with thicker cups.. Small Rifle were same as large rifle. that lower charge. But they all went bang my buddy said with no squibs or FTF or anything.
I think maybe you could see some limited issues in colder weather but maybe not
Either way, I know some guys that did extensive testing of the Ginex Large Rifle for precision rounds and they got excellent results, no difference from their CCI and Federal loads just swapping for Ginex.
So it may be wise to spend a few more dollars and get the Ginex if your looking at AR primers

Guys, I bought 5k of the factory seconds large rifle magnums. I have no idea who manufactured these or what brand they are or anything but i took the gamble.
Let us know. Be nice if you ran some known loads thst you have velocity, es/sd already then run with these primers and see how they differ from a speed, es/sd and accuracy standpoint, if at all...
Yes, I want to do this! However, for my large rifle cases, I'm only loading for CM and I have a brand new barrel. It might be a while til it settles. Otherwise, I won't know if any fluctuations would be from barrel speeding up, etc.
I'll post here whenever I do get to it.
It is also to note, for those who are not aware, my Temps here in Texas hardly dip below 25 degrees. I'm not sure what "cold temps" means to them as I noticed they put a warning on the website about being cautious in low temps.

Makes sense, the smalls I bought have white river stamped/molded (whatever the term) on the back of sleeves.

I was always eyeballing the ginex srp but for now I ordered 10k of the murom srp mag.
Received them yesterday and everything looks great. Turned out to 5.6c each.
I plan on comparing them with 205m and 450’s in my br / Lapua / Varget, but it will be a while.

To @padom and all else that were curious, I have already received my factory seconds from AR and I can confirm they are indeed white river. I've heard good things about these. We'll have to wait and see how they stack up against Wolf Large Rifle Magnums in my 6.5 creed.

I also took a chance on the factory seconds for the large rifle primers and ordered 10k of them. I figured if nothing else they can be 45-70 fodder.

I use RL26 in 6.5 Creed 156 eol @2800 in a 25" factory hammer forge barrel, no pressure. RL26 is a pretty unique powder. If the 711 is really similar this is a hell of a bargain!
Just picked up 8lb of the 711 to try. Should also be good in 6.5PRC

I bought 5k of those Norma primed 45 the other day for $65 per 500 which I thought was an insane deal. Then of course this 50% off deal is just bonkers and had to buy another 5k!
