Has anyone used these seconds bullets? I have had good luck at 100 yards but at 300 yards my groups open up.

Hornadys scratch and dent bullets

Buddy of mine bought the “factory seconds” and he didn’t have luck with nice groups past 100 yards. His were ELD 140’s
Wait, they make bullets that aren't scratch and dent? 
So, you’re wanting to deliberately buy an even shittier version of an already shit consistency bullet?
What could go wrong…
I got factory second 140 eldm. Use as practice rounds. I certainly dot shoot well enough to tell a difference. But I do use the originals in matches. Again, I can’t tell the difference.
