Maggie’s Anybody have any idea what this part belongs to?

I’ll bet you have many leather bound books too!
Nah, mostly soft back, from Japan.

How far did it go?

As said, 50 yards!!! It landed in some high grass at one end of the 50 yd berm. We couldn’t believe that three of us couldn’t find it. Just when everybody wanted to quit, I took one last walk along my line of fire and just happened to see it. Happy days.

TBAC said they can often fly 50-80 yards and 15 degrees to either side of line of fire.

The lanyard on the cover got caught between the can and the shoulder. Seemed tight but…obviously not. Very, very minor strike on end cap and last two baffles. Sent bore scope pics to TBAC and they said no worries…so, years later I don’t but I sure do check where that lanyard is ever since. lol

For my AG covers with lanyards, I wrap/weave the lanyards back into the cover straps. For that very reason. But then I buy a cover specific to that can and it stays on there except for cleaning.

Learning is hard...

Bang. Hits over target 13 mils high and to the left. Humph.

Bang. Hits 13 mils high and to the left. This suppressor sucks!

I'm calling TBAC!

Guy talking to me like I'm a moron: "....you're getting an end cap strike." "Noooo...." "Yes."

I look at the end cap: "Humph, looks like a slight trace of copper! Looks like the bullet was rubbing off the inside of the end cap hole..."

Area 419 CB Brake adapter manufacturing defect...
