Trouble cancelling your subscription?

    Hey everyone, we've been getting several messages from members having issues updating or cancelling their subscription. To update your subscription, you can go here https://thehide.tv/account/wallet. This page will show you your current subscription and give you the option to manage your active subscriptions. Once you click manage you can see a history of what you've paid and cancel your subscription if you'd like.

    As always, if anyone needs any help managing their subscription or if you have any questions, feel free to message me!

    I cannot manage or cancel my recurring subscription, the "manage subscriptions" tab does not work.

    I've tried the "contact us" form that's listed if one is having issues three different times and have sent a message to @alexj-12... all to no avail.

    This does not work. I've been through this website thoroughly and cannot find any reference to cancel a subscription.
    Please provide a workable solution to subscription cancellation.
     
    Not sure how many times I have to say, I am not the technical support guy.

    In fact I had them pin an announcement to the top of the forum for guys to use.

    On top of that, I said, over and over, we moved on from Pay Pal, they stopped my ability to access your accounts a long time ago. In the past, I was able to drop right in, take care of both ends of the transaction, and everyone was happy. Then pay pal changed this and I cannot access your accounts in any form except to refund you. Which then adds another problem to the equation.

    See Doug here is bitching nobody is answering him, but what he doesn't tell you is his account is not listed on the pay pal one so anything we do here doesn't matter, it's not linked. I spoke about this dozen of times too... if you look I made post about post about guys just reaching out saying, Cancel Me... nothing else, they ASSUME like Doug does everything is spelled out for me. But it's not....

    See we go in look, nothing because it's using a email. So we walk away, if you can;t bother helping us why do I have to go out of my way to find and help you. After all 500 other people managed to do this correctly it's just the 100 special people who demand we manage it.

    Do you call Netflix to cancel ?

    This account has to go to pay pal on their own, have them cancel them there. Confirm it. I can't find you and I am not looking any further without help. You can actually do it all on your own.

    I will refund you, but right now, I cannot because your email is different .... you are unlinked here, except in Realms, If you want to cancel that, go ahead in Realms,

    This is SELF ASSIGNED, you can hit the, TheHide.TV access your account in Realms, tab over to SUBSCRIPTIONS and you can manage it all on our own.

    When you get me the actual email in PP I will send a refund

    Frank, I have my PP where I pay you $19.95 monthly and have for years now. Which I have ZERO problem doing for what I get on here. It’s another payment somehow coming out for the hide on another CC monthly as well. The link provided doesn’t work on my devices apparently and I don’t have a PC. Sorry for the bitching! I guess I’ll figure it out eventually!
     
    You cannot use the App,

    You have to log on with a browser, even on the phone

    What Email is being used by PP, I just showed you the one associated to the Hide is different

    Do you all not realize there is a disconnect between systems, I cannot log into PP and see your stuff, I can only see it if I know who to look for... often we have guys use the Wife's PP cause what happens is, you log on here with your account, you have a family, work, whatever PP account that is different, when it goes to connect the two it sees you have an account and just uses that, so while it works here, it does not work 100%.

    I am happy to fix your account but I need information, Transaction ID, Receipt that shows your actual email address ?
