Is that a 5 Shot AIWB?
It is.
Comfortable and works well with op[tics equipped gats.....optic rides above belt...no interference.
Have another one for a 1/2 railed government that works equally well on non-railed models, too.

Is that a 5 Shot AIWB?
I'll lay my old Python on there next time. That last picture is the more appropriate handgun to be laying across Bill Jordan's book.
K model in .38 caliber?
Mine lacks the foreign proofs and target trigger6" Model 17-2
It came with the wide trigger and hammer, I never changed anything.
Normal proof marks for where i live.
The first firearm i owned and what i learned (very slowly and poorly, with no proper instruction available to me at the time) how to shoot with. I had no clue what i was buying or doing really, but in hindsight i'm very happy with the choice and think a double action (22lr) revolver is a very good tool to learn the fundamentals. In my experience i found that generally people who shoot DA revolvers well can shoot any other handgun pretty decently also, but not the other way around.
Also i wanted to become a police officer and at that time (and up until just a few years ago actually) the service weapon was a 4" S&W 686 or 620 (2.5" 66 for detectives) so i figured it makes sense to train with a revolver beforehand.
I love that Les Bear! I think it's the cleanest looking 1911 out there, with the simple 45 ACP marking on the slide... yours looks nice and worn too to give it some character! I had one for a very short while a long time ago, but needed cash for my first AR15, plus i couldn't afford to shoot much .45 acp anyway
Is it bad that I like the looks of that breakfast more then the pistol
Compensating for the short length of your magazine?
Yeah, kinda the extreme...that little baby is what occupies the hole (TWSS) while it's in the safe.Compensating for the short length of your magazine?
