Chainsaw: gas vs battery

Have not tried an electric chainsaw. I sold my 660 but still use a 261 and a 170. I only use Trufuel 50:1. That fuel can easily sit in a saw for a year or more and they fire right up. Yes, it costs more but not having to mix or worry about the fuel is worth it to me as I don’t use the saws very often.
Those 572s are awesome saws. Get it started then let em eat. What kinda chain you plan on running?
I had to work on a navy base once. If you dropped your keys you had to kick them out of the gate before bending over to pick them up.
I do professional tree services. And if it were me buying a saw for home use....I'd happily grab a Stihl 201. (Just the general series, not the professional climbing series. Although that handle is nice, but they do in fact break off. AMHIK 
) I climb & cut with a 201 or 261. The 201 is perfect. There aren't many tress in the PNW around homes that I couldn't take down with a 201.
Gas all the way. No electric for me.
Edit*: I don't recall if Stihl makes a 201 for homeowners. If not, a 171 would be good.

Came out today. Watching now. Compares the Husqvarna to what he knows about the Stihl battery saws in the first 3 minutes.

Got a burned up husky 350 that had the common plastic clamp failure given to me once upon a time.
I was able to save the cylinder and dropped a new 45mm meteor piston in it. After much studying on other people's port work I copied them as best I could. I was well pleased with the results. Loved that little saw.
Traded it to a guy for a complete almost no run time top end for my 462. He said It came real close to a stock 346, and would slightly outrun a stock 261. I've been looking for another clean builder ever since I got rid of it.
The 545 looks good as well. Almost bought one a while back. But then I bought 5k federal 215's instead.
I feel the same way about electric saws as I do about a 6.5 creedmoor. Just don't.

I had a 350 that was turned into a little monster with all 346 guts and whatever else you could do; that thing ripped
My kid brother now has it and it’s his favorite farm saw currently; he’s a big Stihl guy but that little 350/346 monster is his go to saw currently.

The little 350 through a husky craving on me. Really got me wanting to try a 545 or a 550.
I also thought about a wrap handle 572 to run my 28" and drop the 462 back down to a 20" to make it my "small saw" lol. It's had some work done to it also but it's not ported. It'll flat out rip through small wood with a 20" bar and an 8 pin sprocket.
We just have no dealer support for husqvarna in my area. Closest dealer is almost 40 miles from me.
