Seems that way, but I don't think they can try him for manslaughter again though regardless of what happens next.
If i read it right they can convict him on a lesser charge of manslaughter .....sadly i think they will ,it seems to me they voted for it at the beginning it was the top charge they could not agree on ...........i hope i am wrong but the DA can re-file if they choose ,they need to throw a white guy in prison to appease the hoodrat savages

Jordan Neely had a long rap sheet, having been arrested 44 times, but never facing any proper justice for terrorizing New Yorkers, due to the lax policies of the Manhattan district attorney’s office.

Dont be so sure…….stupid high profile case in MA.

Jury deadlocked on a lower charge and dismissed the Manslaughter charge.

Her lawyer didn’t ask to see the jury charge document so court has decided it’s fair game to try her again.

Case is a shit show.

Judge illegally broke rules in the case.
In order to prosecute on Lower charge, jury must be allowed to decide on higher charge... Can't just drop it..
Commies going all in to get a guilty verdict.

Sadly i think perry will get convicted to-day .......there will be no riots or looting for his innocence . How many will now think twice about coming to some ones aid ?
You would have to be a moron to come to "someone's " aid in any lib metropolis. L.A.,NYC, Seattle, Chicago,Portland, San Fran. Stand back and let the left reap what they have sown.
