I'm seeing a weird result out of Cold Bore. 1st I'm no novice when it comes to Ballistics but this is weird. I enter the posted G7 BC for the 225ELDM..391
Enter my chronyd MV of 2808fps.
My zero conditions & field conditions & Cold Bore predicts 14.3mil @ 1470yds.
However Streloc Pro says 13.7mil as does the new AB app. All using exactly the same inputs.
    I fire 5 rnds @ 14.3 & hit .6 high. Dial to 13.7 & I'm on with the next 5 rnds.
I can't drop the DK low enough but if I use a G7 of .440 in CB it lines up.

Strelok and AB is obviously correct.

So, either user error with Cold Bore or Cold Bore is not as accurate as you were led to believe.

To be fair, to be 0.6 out at 1470 yds is not bad at all. Just saying...

What build of ColdBore offers G7? Or are we talking about Genesis?

I haven't tried it with G1 but I shouldn't need to. It should be at least within .1mil of actual. Both Streloc & AB & now Geoballistics are all within .1mil actually less. I'm confused about why my most expensive solver is so much farther off.
I'll use the .440BC & see how it tracks hut I'll bet it will be very close under similar field conditions but when I go somewhere else at higher elevation etc it will be way off again
